We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team and drive revenue performance while ensuring exceptional guest service standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Supervise and support the daily operations of the Reservations Department
Ensure all reservations are handled accurately and in accordance with IHG brand standards
Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue opportunities
Assist in forecasting, reporting, and analysis of booking trends
Ensure compliance with IHG policies, procedures, and service standards
Train, coach, and develop Reservations Agents to enhance performance
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and escalated concerns professionally
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams
What do we need from you?
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Reservations or Front Office, preferably within an international hotel brand
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera PMS)
Good understanding of revenue management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
