Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Facility Management, particularly in Soft Services, to lead and oversee daily operations. The role is responsible for ensuring high service standards across cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and other support services while maintaining client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise soft services operations across assigned facilities
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and SLA requirements
• Lead, train, and develop site supervisors and operational teams
• Monitor performance standards, quality control, and HSE compliance
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients to address concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Oversee vendor management and subcontractor performance
• Prepare operational reports and performance reviews
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Facility Management, with strong exposure to Soft Services
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI management and contract compliance
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Good understanding of HSE standards and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• IFM/Soft Services certification (advantage)
• Experience managing multi-site operations
