Your Day to Day
Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner
Supervise, train and support barista team members.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages to Treat café standard.
Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of drinks.
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards
Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barista station at all times
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies
Comply with hotel policies, HACCP standards, and health & safety regulations
Support the team during peak service periods and special events
What we need from you:
Previous experience as a Head / Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment is preferred
Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude with a passion for customer service
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
