SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and incoming inquiries. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and routing calls to the appropriate employee.
Welcome visitors, manage bookings, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Manage all incoming mail and parcel deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
Arrange travel for employees and guests, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation for local and international business trips.
Communicate with hotels to arrange bookings for events and training.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for:
- A Diploma degree in any field of study.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic office systems.
