- Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures.
- Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.)
- Procedure demonstration by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.
- Review Inspection reports and certificates
- Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per Company written practice
- Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly.
- Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.
- Resolve Day to day problems at site in coordination with Cleint.
- Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and
industry standards.
- Develop, prepare, and approve procedures for all
Advanced NDT related services, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.
- Carry out investigation and provide correction / corrective actions for non- conformances/customer complaints.
- Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring.
