  • Carryout structural design calculations in line with project specifications & applicable codes & standards.
  • Carryout structural analysis using Staad Pro., ANSYS, SAC’S.
  • Preparation of Design Reports and Specifications.
  • Provide inputs for preparation of lifting schemes.
  • Prepare schedule for release of drawings, quality standards and ensure adherence to the same.
  • Responsible for generating the quality standards and improvement initiative of the drawings.
  • Keeping tracks of work assigned to the draughtsmen.
  • Interference checking of structure with Piping, Equipment, E&I etc.
  • Checking of Fabrication Drawings, Nesting sheets, pipe profiles etc.
  • Preparation & Checking of MTO(Enabling).
  • Preparation of Material specifications
  • Design of Jigs & Fixtures, Supports, foundations Legpot’s, Lifting trunnion etc. 
  • Prepare method statement, procedure etc.
  • Supervising project teams and giving progress reports to clients and senior managers. & attend Client meetings, PMT meetings.
  • Regular Site Visit and updated on Fabrication activities.
  • Interaction with Construction team, QC & Yard Planning.
  • Yard layout Updated as per fabrication schedule.
  • Regular Tracking of AFC & Shop Drawing.
  • Tracking of BOM w.r.t Drawing & Project material.
  • Nesting Tracker 
  • Preparation of STQ & SDCN.
