We are seeking a professional and well-presented Omani female Executive Secretary to join our team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and letters in English.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics.
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a secretary or administrative role.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
Salary & Benefits
