 Job Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Omani female Executive Secretary to join our team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office responsibilities efficiently.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and letters in English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics.
  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a secretary or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.

 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 700 – 1,100 OMR (depending on experience).
