We are looking for a Preservation Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Sohar, OMAN & Doha, QATAR

Start Date: June 2025

End Date: Feb 2027

Work Status: Resident, Single

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,


• Professional Experience in the offshore oil & gas project (number of years): 10


• Experience within project: (number of years): 5.


• Familiar with company General Specifications, EDMS (PRODOM/MANASA).


• Construction, Pre-comm, Quality Inspection experience is required for Top side projects.


• Good knowledge on Various Preservation practices, Risk & Hazards associated and mitigation measures.


• A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to Piping and associated component’s


• Good leadership skills and good communication skills.


• Good reporting skills,


• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.


• Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications.


• Language: English mandatory.

Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities

• The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE rules within his area of responsibility.

The job holder is responsible for the following activities:

• To assist Company Preservation Lead in supervising Mechanical/Pipe preservation activities at CTR and /or Sub CTR’s premises


• To ensure CTR’s Preservation Procedures, Method of statements are approved and implemented at work site(s) as per Company Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes


• To anticipate and advise corrective measure with respect to Potential issues that may occur during the Project phase.


• To ensure CTRs resources, tools and equipment’s are adequate to achieve expected level of preservation requirements.


• To ensure Preservation has been performed correctly and formally recorded into PCS system.


• To monitor Preservation log sheets / records for Mechanical Equipment’s are maintained during each stage of the project


• Monitor & Report associated key dates with respect to construction schedule meets project milestones
