Overview of the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Sales to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and proven skills in trade handling, B2B, and project sales for room air conditioners. This role involves managing and expanding our sales operations, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

 

What you will do: -

Description of Accountability:

 

  • Trade Sales Management: Oversee and manage trade sales activities, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • B2B Sales: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Project Sales: Lead and manage project sales initiatives, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Divisional Head, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade handling, B2B, and project sales, specifically in the room air conditioner industry.
  • A valid Gulf driving license is a must.
