Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed..
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Verbal and Written)
- A knowledge in doing a Feasibility Study is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure.
