Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Kashkha in Muscat, Oman. The Retail Store Manager is responsible to lead your team to ensure the highest standards of service, customer experience, and store operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, guiding and motivating the sales team, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making and collaboration with the headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Performance Management : Should have strong Analytical skills to work with sales reports and identify missed opportunities
- Competitive Analysis : Provide management updates through continuous competitive assessment
- Team Management Skills : Responsible for performance of every team member and providing them feedback and goals to help them develop
- Maintaining Merchandising and Visual Standards : Responsible for maintaining optimal product assortments for the store, as per guidelines set by HQ
- Experience in managing daily retail operations
- Customer Relationship Management : Constant conversation with our customers to be closer to them, understand their needs and maintain strong relationship
- Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, is a plus
