As the Key Account Manager you will be managing the accounts of key enterprise customers from the business sector in Oman focusing on increased revenue and customer retention by meeting and exceeding the customers needs.

Core Responsibilities



You will be responsible of the following:
Manage, develop and retain key enterprise customers by optimizing the interactions and flow of information between the customer and the Company.
Plan and compile input for the activity plans and develop the Company’s existing offer and solutions portfolio improve the Company’s pipeline.
Prepare and update quarterly Reach Activity Plans.
Visit and interact with own customers according to the Reach Activity Plan.
Plan to develop the Company’s business with customers and to achieve revenue targets.
Analyse usage levels and patterns to identify revenue increasing initiatives, together with the Company’s Business Segment Manager and Sales Support unit.
Monitor unpaid, overdue bills and take action to settle these debts.

The Person



You should have a minimum of 4 years experience with a sales, customer project management background in Oil & Gas, Tourism, Leisure & Hospitality, Manufacturing or the Public sector, experience from Telco or IT Services is desirable with a university degree in a business management.

Skills Required



Good planning and organising skills. Good customer service focus and troubleshooting skills. Good selling and customer focus/service skills. Very good oral and written English a must. Arabic skills are an advantage. Good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office.
