  • Good understanding & competent of executing all fine dining basic kitchen methods. 

  • Executing knife skills in a confident, accurate & timely manner.

  • Good understanding of the kitchen hierarchy and how a professional kitchen operates.

  • Good listener and able to follow directions well.

  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.

  • Able to make decisions that affect their own work, or the customers experience in a positive manner.

  • Organized in the duties.

  • Have good time management skills.

  • Able to work as part of a team and contribute ideas where necessary.

  • Moves quickly completing each task.

  • Proactive.




  • Culinary diploma is mandatory.

  • Good presentation.

  • Have experience & exposure to multi-national cuisines.

  • Fluent English language.

  • One to two years’ experience in a multi-national kitchen atmosphere (Desired)

  • Five years minimum restaurant / hotel experience, 5* star establishment.

  • Three years minimum experience in Ala carte dining cuisine.
