JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent shall provide necessary assistance and liaison with the Country Manager in all matter relating to daily operational, management, and business development activities including but not limited:
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to HSEQ Policy matter thru implementation, establishment, investigation of all HSEQ policy and procedure requirements.
- Develop and review on a continuous basis all HSE Program procedures and manual to reflect the HSEQ Integrated Management System, aims and objectives including compliance with 18001 OHSAS and any relevant regulations codes of practice or recognized industrial standard.
- Provide practical guidance, information and assistance to all managers and relevant personnel, on the application and implementation of the company’s Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audit of all company sites and facilities and evaluate the level of HSE performance in compliance with the relevant IMS company standards and procedures. Provide recommendations for action and follow up as required.
- Maintaining the Quality System to level that fulfills the Company quality policy and objectives
- Company quality records are maintained and controlled
- Coordinate with Managers to ensure HSE & Quality training for all employees is taking place as per Standard Training Matrix.
- Carry out site visit as per plan for quality audit and report to Corp. HSEQ Manager and Divisions Managers.
- Ensure Subordinates are fully implementing Company HSEQ IMS within their scope of responsibilities Onshore & Offshore Operations.
- To develop, upgrade and implement the Quality Management System related to ISO 9001:2008 versions
- Conduct internal and external audit within Division Operational sites to assess compliance with the quality system requirements.
- Develop Subordinates HSEQ Complacency
