We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Musical Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales within the musical instruments industry and will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relations, and promoting our wide range of musical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Drive sales and achieve targets by promoting and selling musical instruments and accessories to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments, including pianos, guitars, and audio equipment, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring the retail space is well-organized.
  • Promotions & Events: Participate in product launches, promotions, and events to increase sales and awareness of musical products.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales data, prepare reports, and analyze sales trends to optimize strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the musical instruments industry.
  • Strong knowledge of musical instruments and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Passion for music and sales.
