Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporate Islamic Banking

Job Purpose:

To undertake a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the administrative function in Muzn Corporate Banking.


Key Tasks and Duties:

• Monitor and administer the activities of the unit.

• Follow set procedures often of a series of multiple activities to ensure a process is carried

out to established policies.

• Produce reports

• Processing transactions, such as facility drawdowns, new requests with exceptions etc.

• Daily review of the past due statement, check each account and see funds are deposited.

Following up with the client for deposits after discussing with the RMs. Instructing CAC to settle PDs if funds are available.

• Update remarks for expired facilities.

• Update weekly pipeline report.

• Update weekly report to Head of corporate.

• Following up on security documents from clients / CAC / missing documents I signature

witnessing etc.

• Liaising with client to complete mortgage over properties and completing the formalities.

• Liaising with CAC / Branch to clear any transactions or pending issues.

• Any other administrative job that RM may require to handle.


Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business Studies or relevant.


Experience:

Minimum 3 years in Corporate Banking Administration or the equivalent.
