We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join one of our largest banking clients on site in Muscat.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement project controls, including processes, procedures, and reporting systems to ensure effective project management.
• Lead the planning and execution of the project, ensuring key milestones are met throughout all phases.
• Oversee and manage the project budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Proactively identify, assess, and address risks and issues, applying corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience within a reputable organization, particularly in retail banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in leading projects related to process improvements, new business verticals, and IT-driven initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, execution, and time management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Expertise in the financial sector, especially in financial inclusion and serving low-income, daily wage earners, and unorganized sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of OMNI channel workflows, digital mobile banking, CRM systems, and customer experience initiatives.
