Job Title: Assistant Outdoor Education Manager

Salary: 800-1000 OMR per month based on Experience

Reports to: Outdoor Education Manager

Location: Based in Muscat, but will be expected to work at all Husaak sites across the GCC

Ideal candidate profile

• Qualifications in outdoor activities, RCI (SPA) assessed - essential (or country NGB equivalent). ML, BCU, DoE assessor will help.
• Experienced in designing creative, fulfilling and impactful educational programs.
• Experience working in the outdoor education sector leading group sessions for single-pitch Abseiling, climbing, Navigation, raft building and other team building activities.
• Comfortable in a sales role, cold calling is key and KPI targets will be given.
• Willing to attend trips across the Gulf and camp outdoors with the students. This will require the individual keeping unusual hours and foregoing home comforts whilst in the field
• Hold a full driving license 

The Assistant Outdoor Education Manager will:

• Take a role in selling youth programs to schools, universities, and other educational establishments
• Attend trade shows to showcase Husaak products.
• Create age-appropriate outdoor programmes to suit the client’s needs, ensuring all learning objectives are met
• Run outdoor education-based sessions for schools, universities, and corporate groups.
• Act as a liaison for faculty, parents, and students on the lead up to the scheduled program.
• Oversee youth programs and support the operations team in the smooth running of the program
• Document the program by capturing photos / videos of key moments which will be used for marketing purposes
• Schedule post program reviews with schools and universities to gather feedback for the Leadership Team as we look to continually improve our customer’s experience
• Plan and help with the training of local guides to assist and run activities.
