F&B Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
  • Restock supplies and ensure that all service areas are well-stocked.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist with special events and functions as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to guests.
  • Ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We Need From You

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
