Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage to minimize waste and control costs.
Staff Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters as necessary.
Guest Service:
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
- Implement and monitor service procedures to enhance guest experiences.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the F&B budget, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for operational improvements and growth.

Vendor and Supply Chain Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on operational performance, including sales, guest feedback, and staff performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
