TITLE: FORKLIFT OPERATOR REPORTS TO: PLANT LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR 
FUNCTION: LOGISTICS REPORTEES: 
DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS 
GRADE/LEVEL: LOCATION: MUSCAT, SULTANATE OF OMAN 
Role And Context Need To Do Knowledge, Abilities and Experience 
Purpose: 
- As part of the operation logistics, being 
responsible to conduct operations of the 
forklift as per the safety standards set by 
the organization  


Summary of the Job Role: 
- Operate the forklift as per daily tasks  
- Carry materials/ products from one 
assigned plant/ department to other

Operational 


Key Deliverables: 
- Attend the HSE safety meeting with the supervisors 
- Conduct daily maintenance check for the forklift 
- Follow safety protocol and procedures before operating the forklift 
- Receive the daily tasks from the supervisor 
- Ensure drums are aligned while storing 
- Support stores with any uploading or downloading of drums whenever 
required

Qualifications: 
- Secondary School 
- Licensed forklift operator 


Skills/Knowledge: 
- Good Physical fitness 


Experience:   
- 2 years’ experience as a forklift driver
