Job Summary:

As Sales Executive you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision. The role involves generating and maintaining customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities like face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment and site inspections.

The Sales Executive – Leisure & Luxury is responsible to maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.

As the Sales Executive, we rely on you to,

Handle all Accounts & territories assigned by the Director of Sales

Maintain generating accounts through various sales activities (face to face, sales calls, telephone calls, sight inspections, entertainment) individually and jointly with the Director of Sales and Sales Manager

Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set

Generate leads for the Groups & Events team

Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies

Communicate the final details of all confirmed bookings to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales for the contract to be prepared and obtain the client’s signature on the booking contract in a prompt way.

Requirements

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years’ work experience as Sales Coordinator - Leisure.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Excellent English Communication.
