About the Company
Execute activities involved in the repair/overhauling of equipment’s in accordance with the technical specifications and activities contained in the work pack and quality execution plans as per UOM4 quality management. This position included performs maintenance, assessment, repair, and testing on various types of industrial valves.
Purpose of the Job
Execute activities involved in the repair/overhauling of equipments, in accordance with the technical specifications and activities contained in the workpack and quality execution plans as per UOM4 quality management.
Education & Experience
- Diploma level qualification or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in Engineering discipline.
Main Responsibilities
- Check with work preparer and undestan the specifications contained in the quality nexecution plan, before the start of work.
- Check with your Line Supervisor the specifications contained in the work planning and in the manufacturing and repair plans, before the start of work.
- Support the lifting and disarming operations of the minor equipment to be repaired.
- Carry out repair of minor component equipments
- Handle adequately the hand and special tools and immediately report to the e supervisor the presence of faults in those tools
- Document and record all equipment for repairs received.
- Carry out repair of minor component equipment and replacement of parts of those equipment.
Execute maintenance and repair activities as per instruction and guidance from Workshop Supervisor and Specialist 3rd Party Coaches.
- Perform proper testing of repaired equipment as per standard and code of practices/instructions and return equipment in a good state for operations
- Ensure that all workshop and site activities are undertaken in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, according to agreed maintenance philosophies, procedures, practices and HSE methods.
- Ensure adherence to the PTW system, HSE Case and PDO Safety Regulations. Attend HSE meetings, conduct Toolbox Talks and take part in emergency exercises.
- Proactive in developing technical competence by engaging fully with Specialist 3rd Party Coaches.
- Keep training records/logbooks and assessments fully up to date
- Ensure housekeeping at all times at job sites (Ensure the order and cleanliness).
- Write as founad and as build reports
- Disassembly and re-assembly of rotating machinery including inspection, failure analysis, and reporting
- Final inspection and detailed measurement (including engineering sketches) of rotating machinery and components
- Preservation por storage and shipping equipments.
