Role Statement:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring that the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
• Own one or more modules of the project under development and provide L3 support and enhancements as necessary.
• Mentor junior team members with the assistance of the PM/Architect.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and document components developed by self and others as per requirements and detailed design.
• Conduct system-wide integration requirement analysis and work effort estimations.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#.net, web services, and Microsoft .NET/Java technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, major RDBMS (Oracle), OO techniques, and data modeling.
• Experience in cards, digital payments, ATM, CDM, MFK, payment gateways, trade finance, Treasury, brokerage system, digital wealth management, omnichannel, mobile banking, and online transaction banking (B2B), Mandate Management System.
• Sound understanding of industry trends and the ability to contribute to the development of standards and practices in the domain of expertise.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and maintain high team morale.

Key Objectives (KPIs):

• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the project manager.
• Lead the solution design process, ensuring it aligns with technical specifications and business requirements.
• Work closely with in-house development teams or Eco partner vendors to ensure seamless development and delivery.
• coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) with users, ensuring thorough validation of the system.
• Manage the implementation and rollout of the solution, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Provide handholding to the production support team during the initial go-live period, ensuring they are fully equipped to manage the system post-deployment.
