This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of an end-to-end CFO role. The ideal candidate will act as a strong business partner to the CEO, bringing not only financial acumen but also strategic insight to drive the company's growth, particularly in the food commodities and poultry industries. You will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of the organization, focusing on creating upstream and downstream opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Financial Management: Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, asset management, and treasury functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and growth objectives.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies that promote business growth, including exploring and capitalizing on upstream and downstream opportunities within the food commodities and poultry sectors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting financial plans and performance metrics to the Board of Directors.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Oversee the organization’s risk management framework, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding the company's financial stability.
• Growth and Expansion: Drive financial planning for acquisitions and expansion initiatives, leveraging your deep industry experience to identify and act on market opportunities that will propel the business forward.

Must-Have:

• CA/ CPA with over 20 + years of progressive financial experience, including at least five years in a CFO role.
• Extensive experience in the food production, food commodities, or poultry sectors.
• A demonstrated track record of managing comprehensive financial functions, from strategy to execution, including stakeholder management and Board presentations.
• Experience in supporting organizational growth, particularly through the creation and development of upstream and downstream opportunities in the food industry.
