Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort lies 15 minutes south of the city centre and 40 minutes from Seeb International Airport. The overall development will include a 1,200 square meters Talise Spa, a diving centre, a wide range of sports and leisure facilities, a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and a kids club. About the role


An exciting role has arisen for a talented Housekeeping Team Leader Role to join the pre-opening and housekeeping department at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort. The main purpose of this role is Ensure by continuous checking that all Public Areas and Guest rooms are maintained to the required standard of cleanliness.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Ensure that all activities are adhere to and support the Jumeirah Quality Management System.
  • Liaise and cooperate with Front office to ensure allocated rooms are ready prior to the guest arrival.
  • Constantly aware of the room status to obtain maximum vacant rooms for sale.
  • Liaise and cooperate with the Engineering department for room maintenance and faults.
  • Ensure that the standard of cleanliness is maintained in all the assigned guest rooms.
  • Ensure that pantries are properly stocked with linen, guest supplies, cleaning supplies according to the established par stock.
  • Assist in the training of the housekeeping personnel in line with SOP manual.
  • Carries out other duties assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager  & Housekeeping Manager

About You


In order to be considered for this role, you should have Preferably a 5* star Hotel experience, minimum 1 year of Housekeeping Room Attendant job experience, alongside you should be High School or Diploma in Hotel Management holder and be fluent in English
