Key Activities
- Product Development / Business Solutions
- Identify and initiate new products, services and VAS for all Enterprise customer segments, through market research and other methods.
- Enhance existing products and services and keep them current to meet emerging market needs and situations.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps.
- E2E Product design based on Omantel internal & subsidiary capabilities along with various vendor partnership.
- Assess competition to determine competitive positions and partnership possibilities.
- Develop & implement GTM strategy including the marketing plan.
- Coordinate with Marcom to develop proper product campaigns
- Revenue Growth
- Supervise and monitor product development progress according to the roadmap and business/market requirements.
- Ensure all aspects of the product lifecycle including cost, procurement, systems, resources, targets, service-agreements, training and reporting are executed within given timeframes and budgets.
- Responsible for creating periodic reports & dashboard for Mobile performance.
- Coordinates with Market Research and BI to conduct Market surveys to assess market trends.
- Set products forecasts & identify best business models and payment options that match customers budget & preferences.
- Having a strong commercial acumen to build business and coordinate with Pricing to develop detailed financial impact & ROI
- Develop product and services post launch analysis criteria and reports to measure success against initial agreed targets.
- Manage Mobile base and identify monetization opportunities.
- Measure actual vs. budget and ensure B2B profitability is met.
- Analyze product and portfolio performance as well as feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to improve customer experience, product performance and profitability.
- Retention and Growth
- Align with PD roadmap and current business and market needs to maximize acquisition, retention and growth across all enterprise customer segments and products.
- Develop and manage retention strategies

- Ensure products and services offered meet customer needs and expectations in terms of proposition and end-to-end experience
- Ensures correct processes are created for all products and are communicated and followed across the teams keeping customer experience in mind.

- Works collaboratively with team members and all stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Business acumen & strong telco-commercial Knowledge.
- Solid background in overall B2B Product Management including Development, Marketing & Product Life-cycle Management.

Experience
