Financial Administrator (clerical position) Omani Nationals

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Admin Clerk.


The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department while assisting with various financial tasks.


This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.


Main Duties/Responsibilities:


  1. Provide administrative support to the finance department.
  2. Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoicing and payments.
  4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
  5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.

Candidate Profile:


  1. Higher Secondary School certificate
  2. Experience 1-2 years preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, Opera, Simphony. 
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  8. To comply with the local manpower employment rules, only Omani nationals will be considered.
