As the Department Head – ICT & Business Digital Innovation you will be responsible to ensure increasing the contribution of ICT & IOT/ digital services on business revenues via sales & marketing activities. The role aims towards exploring latest technology trends and on-board relevant solutions to cater customer needs and revenue growth. You will be expected to apply professional standards in every customer engagement, providing oversight and guidance on professional sales practices to drive exemplary sales performance to enable delivery of the revenue targets agreed by the business and building a strong capabilities within B2B Sales team in ICT/IOT and digital services domain and ensure delivering Ooredoo Oman B2B target..

Core Responsibilities



You will be resposible of the following
Develop and execute the B2B strategy for identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, etc.) into the B2B’s product and digital service offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand B2B business fulfilment processes and pain points, and design and implement automation solutions using available technologies through partners Grow/Achieve B2B revenue through ICT/IoT and digital services in line with company and group strategy Grow revenue contribution from solutions base services by selling ICT/IoT and digital services MRC based revenue in line with company and group strategy Ensure Quality of Sales capabilities within ICT/IOT digital services domain Ensure that the team achieve financial targets for all products and services through the effective management of the team. Conduct Company, ICT/IOT digital services Product and Solution presentations to new prospects and existing customers to generate sales leads and opportunities. Manage customer and partner relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle; prospecting to contract closure. Maintain accurate data and forecasts within the CRM system across different ICT/IOT digital services product lines and various sales cycles. Manage, motivate and develop Team members to ensure set KPIs achievement. Provides Leadership, day-to-day direction and works with Department Heads to ensure the team members achieve highest levels of performance in order to deliver personal and departmental targets. Delegate effectively to the team in order that they develop their skills and knowledge. Establish an overall plan to develop the team capabilities and skills by providing them with project assignments, knowledge transfer, formal and on-the-job training. Develop and manage budgets for the ICT & IOT/ Digital services within the B2B division, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Evaluate and recommend investments in new business / opportunities to support business enablement and digital innovation initiatives within the B2B division. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics related to business enablement and digital innovation initiatives within the B2B segment.

The Person



You should have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in related field and at least 2-3 years in Managerial Position, proven experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry, with a focus on business Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, systems, and technologies, including voice, data, wireless, and cloud-based solutions within the B2B context, demonstrated experience in driving strategic partnerships and managing vendor relationships, specifically within the B2B segment, proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing IOCT/IoT digital initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes within the B2B division with a

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration), advanced degree preferred.



Skills Required



Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within the B2B segment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions within the B2B segment. Sales skills Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others within the B2B context. Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs in the telecommunications industry, specifically within the B2B segment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data security standards relevant to the telecommunications industry, particularly within the B2B context. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and data analytics within the B2B context
