Warranty & Compliance Manager - Service

We are seeking a Warranty & Compliance Manager to lead warranty claims processing and ensure regulatory adherence in the automotive sector. This role involves managing warranty policies, overseeing compliance efforts, and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of warranty regulations and industry standards. - Manage warranty claims process, including validation, approval, and resolution. - Develop and maintain warranty policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards. - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address warranty issues effectively. - Analyze warranty data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Conduct audits to assess compliance with warranty and quality standards. - Provide guidance and training to staff on warranty and compliance matters. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to stay updated on relevant regulations and standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum 7 years experience in warranty management or compliance role, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong understanding of warranty policies, regulations, and compliance standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
