JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and deliver the company s day-to-day HR function across the full employee lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and management. The role ensures effective HR processes, policies, records, systems and compliance, while supporting a positive employee experience and culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workforce Planning & Reporting: Maintain the organization structure, headcount and workforce data; support manpower planning, HR budgeting and workforce cost management; and prepare HR reports, dashboards and management information.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance management, learning and development, career development, leave and offboarding.
Employee Relations, Policies & Compliance: Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on employment matters, performance, attendance, grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace concerns. Maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, job descriptions and employee records; ensure compliance with applicable employment and regulatory requirements; and escalate complex, high-risk or non-compliant matters where required.
Payroll, Reward, Benefits & Administration: Manage payroll inputs, compensation and reward administration, employee benefits, medical insurance, attendance, employee documentation and applicable government or statutory HR requirements, coordinating with Finance and external providers as needed.
Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture: Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, culture, internal communication and employee experience initiatives.
HR Systems, Improvement & External Support: Manage HR systems, databases and tools; improve HR processes; and coordinate external HR service providers and professional advisers where required.
CEO & Executive Support: Provide trusted support to the CEO on executive, administrative and organizational matters, including coordination, follow-up and confidential matters.

Minimum Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Minimum of five years' relevant HR experience, preferably including experience in a broad HR generalist or HR operations role.
Demonstrated practical experience across a range of HR activities, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR administration and HR policies.
Good working knowledge of Oman Labour Law, Ministry of Labour requirements and local employment practices.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR matters and provide practical HR advice to employees and managers.
Experience working with senior management and handling sensitive or confidential employee matters.
