Lead electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Supervise electrical technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures and minimize plant downtime. Maintain electrical systems including transformers, motors, MCCs, PCCs, and UPS systems. Support major and minor plant shutdown activities. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities through SAP. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and HIRA requirements. Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations and other departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience; OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Electrical Maintenance within a Continuous Process Plant environment.
• Experience with transformers, MCCs, PCCs, UPS systems, industrial motors, cranes, and lighting systems.
• Strong preventive and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Experience in plant shutdown activities.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems.
• Previous team/shift leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Good English communication skills.
