Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and manage all digital marketing activities (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, website content). Oversee social media platforms and content calendars. Manage online advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, influencers). Monitor performance, analytics, and ROI for all digital campaigns. Offline & Retail Marketing Plan and execute in-store marketing activities and promotions. Coordinate branding, signage, displays, and POS materials for retail shops. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with store targets. Drive footfall through local campaigns and promotions. Events & Activations Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, product launches, and exhibitions. Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional activations. Handle event logistics, branding, and post-event reporting. Brand & Strategy Develop and implement overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline channels. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers, and suppliers.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years experience in a marketing management role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Experience in retail marketing and events is a strong advantage. Good communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Experience in the Oman / GCC market is preferred.
