The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1- Implementing Marketing Plans:Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives. Focus on marketing in main streets and vital commercial areas.
2- Managing Advertising Campaigns:Organize outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards and digital screens. Plan and execute marketing campaigns within stores and points of sale.
3-Enhancing Customer Experience:Develop interactive ideas to improve customer experience in stores. Measure sales performance and analyze campaign returns.
4-Budget Management:Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource utilization. Follow up on performance reports and measure campaign results.
5-Digital Marketing:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that achieve brand objectives. Manage official accounts on social media platforms and content creation (images, videos, paid campaigns).
6-Collaboration with Influencers:Select bloggers and influencers that align with the brand identity. Negotiate and manage budgets related to influencer collaborations.

Requirements:9 to 12 years of experience in marketing. Strong experience in field marketing and retail marketing. Deep knowledge of Gulf markets and the nature of commercial seasons. Previous experience in perfumes or luxury products (preferred). Strong negotiation skills with regulatory bodies. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
