Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Rotating Equipment for a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat. In this role, you will manage sales operations, build strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, Power, and EPC sectors, and promote rotating equipment products and solutions. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering and technical services, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and contract negotiation Technical knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and related systems Experience working with Oil & Gas, EPC, and Power sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in these industries Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Strong organizational and analytical abilities to create and implement effective sales strategies Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Proficiency with CRM tools and basic financial understanding for sales planning and reporting Willingness to work on-site in Muscat and travel for client meetings as required
