As part of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements per international accounting standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
  • Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to maintain liquidity and optimize returns.
  • Investment & Growth: Oversee investment opportunities, money markets, mergers, and acquisitions to support the group’s expansion objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Report financial performance to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, CFA, and MBA are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills:

Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Proven experience in risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning.

Leadership And Team Management Experience With Strong Communication Skills.

Ability to drive business growth through innovative financial strategies.
