Customer Experience Specialist

Bidfood ME is one of the leading foodservice companies in the UAE and Middle East, looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Experience Specialist for Oman. The primary function is to ensure the achievement of department sales and/or volume goals focusing on strengthening, growing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities through primarily telephonic customer contact and information sharing.


Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure that Customers are given the opportunity to reorder products and add orders as per the minimum delivery amount.
  • Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders, answers any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders and deliveries.
  • Call customers informing them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts.
  • Submit the daily report to the Supervisor.
  • Acknowledge customer complaints to be coordinated to the quality assurance for action.
  • Submits daily reports to the Manager.
  • Generates sales leads to be sent to the sales department.
  • Send out any communication letters to all customers through fax and emails.
  • Processing of Picking Slips to be entered in the system.
  • Physical stocks to be verified to be available in the system before placing the any orders.
  • Check updates on customer accounts.
  • Returned products to be properly entered and accounted for in the system.
  • Support suppliers in any requests within their scope of authority.
  • Support queries from Sales and Marketing Department.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2years experience in customer service, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of best practices and strategies for enhancing customer experience and engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
