We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing salon staff, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving the overall success of the salon. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key to maintaining a positive work environment and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and ensuring the salon is clean and well-maintained.
• Recruit, train, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support personnel. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
•  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing client concerns, and implementing feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance client retention and loyalty.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Cosmetology, or a related field; or equivalent experience in salon management.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in salon management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing salon operations and staff.
