Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales across all company showrooms.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Expand the company's market presence and brand visibility.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Report regularly to management with sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management, preferably in interior design, kitchens and decoration
• Strong network of contacts with consultants, engineers, and project managers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
