- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all finishing activities on construction sites.
- Ensure that all works are executed according to approved architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and foremen to manage day-to-day site operations.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with design, materials, and workmanship standards.
- Identify and resolve any technical or site issues related to finishing activities.
- Ensure availability of required materials and tools to avoid delays.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on progress, delays, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on finishing details.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
- Assist in cost control and ensure finishing works stay within allocated budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on finishing works.Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing techniques.Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
