Arch Site Technical Office Manager

  • Review and coordinate drawings and documents.
  • Ensure compatibility between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Review and approve technical submittals before submission to consultants/clients.
  • Monitor and track approval status and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical logs, drawings, RFI registers, and as-built records.
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical input for procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Review material samples and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for timely delivery and quality control.
  • Support in preparing and reviewing BOQs, cost estimates, and variations.
  • Monitor quantities executed on-site for payment applications and cost tracking.
  • Lead and manage the technical office team including engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure professional development of team members.
  • Prepare regular technical reports and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure technical alignment and avoid conflicts.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
