Acts as head of a Mechanical function for a business unit. Plans, controls and manages all maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that target are achieved, or exceeded, all within approved budget levels
. • Monitoring daily progress of Mechanical maintenance activities • Finding better ways to modify or adjust the system to increase the life of running machines
. • Collecting critical repeating problems from subordinates and disusing/implementation of better solutions
. • Follow up critical spares directly to purchase department and suppliers
• Preparing annual budget for mechanical maintenance department and follow up the same.
• Keeping the correspondence with suppliers for developing the cost effective
Skills
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably Mechanical.
▪ 8 years in tissue mill or paper industry
▪ Advanced English language skills.
