Horeca Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the HORECA sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our presence and offerings in the HORECA market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training as needed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all aspects of HORECA operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales ,Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.Proven track record of success in HORECA sales or management roles, with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and customer needs.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Results-oriented, with a focus on driving sales growth and maximizing profitability.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities.
