3. Channel Operations & Campaign Management Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display / PMax), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Continuously test and iterate campaign structures, bidding strategies, audiences, and placements.
Run structured A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS.
Ensure correct implementation of pixels, tags, and UTM parameters for accurate tracking.
4. Collaboration with Content & Creative Teams Brief content and creative teams on required assets, angles, and formats for each campaign.
Turn performance data into clear creative feedback to refine messaging, visuals, and landing pages.
Ensure all assets are aligned with brand, compliance, and funnel stage.

Track and communicate key metrics: leads, MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
Use insights to recommend what to scale, what to pause, and what to test next.
Stay up to date with best practices, platform changes, and new opportunities in performance marketing.
Competitive compensation Attractive salary and performance-based incentives, reflecting your expertise and impact.
