Regarding the role and responsibilities, you will need to perform the followings:


The Revenue Manager at voco Muscat Al Mouj is responsible for maximizing total hotel revenue and profitability through strategic planning, pricing, inventory management, and forecasting. This key commercial leader drives business decisions through detailed market analysis, demand modeling, and effective distribution management, ensuring alignment with voco’s modern, distinctive guest offering and IHG’s revenue management best practices. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and the General Manager to optimize performance across all revenue streams.


  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for all market segments in alignment with IHG Revenue Management principles.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for rooms, F&B packages, and ancillary revenue.
  • Recommend and execute pricing, restrictions, and availability controls based on business demand and market trends.
  • Manage inventory across all distribution channels (PMS, CRS, GDS, OTA, brand.com, etc.) ensuring optimal availability and parity.
  • Ensure the best possible distribution mix to drive direct bookings and reduce third-party costs.
  • Oversee rate loading, room types, and package updates in coordination with Reservations and E-commerce teams.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, booking pace, and performance using STR, Rate360, and other benchmarking tools.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on pickup, business on books, channel performance, segmentation, and displacement analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve yield and business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing the annual rooms revenue budget, forecasting models, and commercial strategy plans.
  • Contribute to the hotel’s overall business plan and participate in monthly performance reviews.
  • Track and report key revenue KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOPPAR, and TRevPAR.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with business needs.
  • Partner with Reservations to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal group displacement evaluations.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives with data-driven insights for campaigns and packages.
  • Maintain system accuracy across PMS (Opera Cloud), IHG’s Revenue Management System (RMS), and other platforms.
  • Participate in IHG regional calls, revenue forums, and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Train and develop hotel teams in understanding revenue management concepts and strategies.
