- Monitor key metrics such as ARPU and OPEX performance.
- Conduct market analysis to support customer segmentation.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for retention.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide improvement suggestions.
- Identify ways to improve operational processes.
- Engage with various departments for campaign execution.
- Ensure alignment between CVM activities and business goals.
