Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef located in Muscat. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in meal preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role with experience in Country Regional operations
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiarity with industry best practices and food safety standards
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
