Goals - Provide superb, best-in-class service for GA clients, making them happy about choosing Oman for their business and hiring - - GA as their representative, consultant, and service provider. - Support the GA team in driving our business to new heights. Key Responsibilities - Timely process payments on behalf of our company and our clients, as approved by the management, choosing optimal rates for international transactions. - Track all financial transactions for our company and for our clients. Analyze financial data to identify and communicate trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. - Timely prepare and file accurate financial and tax reporting for our company and our clients, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Requirements - Proactively communicate with clients and with our team, gathering the necessary financial information. - When needed organize the financial reporting for our clients from scratch. - Handle our company’s and client’s financial transactions, including payroll, expenses, and vendor payments. Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data. - Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate records of company assets, liabilities, and equity. Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) as needed. - Immediately flag any issues with processing or reporting. Timely prepare financial reports for management and decision-making. Assist the team and the clients in making informed financial decisions based on data insights. - Address inquiries related to accounting and financial matters. - Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations. Proactively advise our team and our clients on tax-saving strategies and deductions. - Ensure timely and accurate tax filings for our company and for our clients. - Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency. Implement best practices for financial record management. - Be physically present in the office from 9 am to 6 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break), ready to support the team and the clients as necessary. - As needed visit government offices and other relevant places.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Fluent English.
