Sales Executive - Industrial Air Compressor Division

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Industrial Air Compressor Division in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of industrial air compressor products and services. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the industrial air compressor sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and support. - Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales service, fostering long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical solutions to potential clients, effectively articulating the value and benefits of our industrial air compressor products and services. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and feedback to the management team.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong technical acumen and understanding of industrial air compressor systems and applications - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also being a collaborative team player. - Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably, business, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development roles.
