* Handles all travel related requests from booking and issuing tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance.
* Preparing visa documentation for the individual walk-in clients and
corporates.
* Maintain and extend company service standards for client satisfaction.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing efficient and
effective solutions.
